Me (An Introspection)

A lot of times, we are poised with a very simple, yet confusing question; Who are you? Have you ever wondered who you are? What makes you, You? Taking inspiration from this question, and also from a class on writing I took, here is a small piece of a mix of poetry and limerick.
Me
(An Introspection)
If there was a word for being quiet, yet loud
It would be Me.
Being weird and annoying,
is what sets me free.
Thinking and procrastinating is my gift
and curse for eternity
Writing random words and gibberish
makes me happy and glee!
Coldplay and books gave me an urge to dream bigger.
that is why, I started to write long and tedious letters
To friends, and family, to unknowns and future selves,
about life, travel, dogs and elves.
This poem is a blend of random words,
Just like my life, a chaotic swirl of worlds
where happiness and sadness are basically synonyms.
and where life sings poetic rhythms and hymns.
Clouds, stones and cemeteries make me curious,
unlike sugarcoated romances, which make me furious
people think I am a good person, but in reality,
I am just human; with flaws pretty damn luminous.
In these words, lie my dreams and thoughts,
jumbled up like a sailor's rope knots
you may not be able to decipher me
because that's who I am; an unknown mystery.
That's me,
Weird
Misfit
the guy who yawns in college lectures
a bad dancer
a limerick in the making.
I am not a great guitarist,
nor a great sportsman,
nor a great storyteller,
nor a great writer.
In simple words,
I am not great.
But
I can be,
We can be.
We will be.
